Ramibaculate

ref. sculture. Bacule arranged in the shape of braches.

Rectangular

distinctive pollen shape in equatorial view.

Reticulate

sporoderm sculture with reticulum-shaped elements and lumina greater than 1 um. This elements constitute the tectum

Retipilate

ref. sculture. Sporoderm with pilae arranged in a reticulum.

Rimula

This term means mainly a sub-equatorial aperture.

Romboidal

distinctive pollen shape in equatorial view.

Rosate

ref. sculture. Sporoderm with subtriangular sculptural elements arranged in a rosette.

Rugate

ref. sculture. Pollen grain with short colpi in open order on the sporoderm surface.

Rugulate

ref. sculture. Sporoderm with short parallel elements (ridges) alternating with (empty spaces).
